News from Animal Crackers

2010 was a busy year for Davie & myself, we went to a few shows outwith the Aberdeenshire area with both horses Keiloch (Fred) and Sienna FB (Enya), being Enya's first year competing with us it was a new experience.  Davie did very well showing her in the yearling sport horse classes as this was his first year of showing too! I don't know who was more nervous Davie or myself.  Enya also attended the BEF futurity grading and was graded a 1st premium with a vet mark of 9 out of 10 which i was just over the moon with.

I had a great year with Fred trying out some Medium dressage tests at the local competition centre, some good some not so good! We also had another go at some low key jumping, neither Fred nor I had competed in jumping for about 4 years but he seemed to enjoy it this time round.

2011 will be a bit more laid back for us Fred is now 15 and i just want to have fun and will stick to the local competitions.  Enya being 2 will also just do the local shows just to get her out and seeing the sights and sounds
